Local Community Events
Church community happens largely outside of the one-hour service on Sunday.
Community is lived out, every day of the week, through a group of people caring for each other right where they live. Our neighborhood communities host events which allow us to get to know each other outside of the Sunday service. Examples of neighborhood community events include cookouts, viewing parties for sports events, and Christmas cookie exchanges. Examples of neighborhood community service opportunities include taking a meal to a neighbor, helping with yard work, or providing transportation.
